PAYMENT

• We accept the following payment options: PayPal and American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
• Sales tax applies to all states except for NJ.

• We offer free shipping for all US orders with a minimum purchase of 50 USD. This applies to orders from 48 contiguous states but not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories.
• Orders under 50 USD will be charged for shipping.

SHIPPING POLICIES

• We ship via USPS or UPS. Weight-based USPS and UPS rates are available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.
• All orders placed on a weekday after 3:00 pm will begin processing the next business day.
• All orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
• We do not require a signature for any deliveries. If you are not present when your package arrives, it is solely up to your delivery person's discretion whether to leave the package without a signature.

DAMAGES
If your order is damaged or missing, please send an e-mail at info@verdacura.com or call us at +1(888) 811-8373 within 72 hours of the delivery so we may replace your item(s).

RETURNS

• If for any reason you are not happy with your Verdacura product, you may return your online purchase to us within thirty (30) days of the receipt date for an exchange or refund.
• Shipping cost paid on your original order is non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• After thirty (30) days, we will only accept returns or exchanges in cases of manufacturer defect.

• Returning products purchased from a retail store or another online store: All products must be returned to the original retailer where they were purchased.
